Welcome to MFcity.biz (“Platform” / “Service”), a digital data recording and monitoring system designed to support Municipal Corporations in creating mosquito-free cities. This platform is developed and operated by Veerova Digital Service LLP (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By accessing or using MFcity.biz, you (“User”, “Corporation”, “Authorized Personnel”, “Driver”, “Supervisor”, or “Citizen”) agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose

MFcity.biz is a real-time monitoring and reporting system for chemical spraying and mosquito control services. It enables Municipal Corporations to digitally track spraying vehicles, verify spraying work via QR codes, and maintain transparency with citizens.

2. User Eligibility

• Registered Municipal Corporations who have entered into an agreement with Veerova Digital Service LLP.
• Authorized staff, drivers, supervisors, or third-party contractors assigned spraying duties.
• Citizens accessing limited public features (like QR scan verification or reporting).

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Use the Platform strictly for official mosquito control purposes.
• Scan QR codes correctly for each spraying activity and building covered.
• Maintain and operate devices securely (smartphones, QR scanners).
• Not misuse, tamper, or falsify data.
• Report any technical issues immediately.

4. Data Recording & Privacy

• MFcity.biz records real-time data including location, time, and status of spraying vehicles.
• Spray logs, QR scan data, and feedback are collected.
• All data remains the intellectual property of Veerova Digital Service LLP.
• Data may be shared with authorized Corporation officers or as per legal requirements.
• Citizens may see limited service info but not sensitive operational data.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, code, databases, logos, and trademarks belong to Veerova Digital Service LLP. Users must not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the system.

6. Service Availability

Veerova aims for 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect access.

7. System Misuse & Termination

Any misuse, fraudulent entry, or data manipulation may lead to immediate suspension of access. Veerova or the Municipal Corporation may terminate any user account for non-compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Veerova is not liable for errors in data entry by drivers or staff.
• Failure to scan QR codes.
• Any operational or field-level spraying issues.
• Indirect, consequential damages arising from misuse of the Platform.

9. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify Veerova Digital Service LLP against any claims, damages, or penalties arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

Veerova may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means acceptance of revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue in [City, State].
